INJECTION MOULDING

New clamp hydraulics and magic injection on Billion packaging range.
A new series from Billion incorporates direct hydraulic clamping intended to give a smooth operation from closure to lock, and a 'black box' injection unit.

Novel container lid shows the next step in injection moulding as a full manufacturing process.
A twin-cube rotating tool enables two components to be moulded simultaneously in different materials and then mechanically assembled in the mould - with in-mould labelling thrown in.
