The pipes are made of 30 per cent glass filled PA66 on the outside for temperature resistance and 20 per cent glass filled PP on the inside. A major benefit of using PP in contact with the coolant is that it is not prone to hydrolysis.
Foamed cable insulation in tune with 3G requirements.
A faster, cheaper and more effective method of removing residuals from silicone rubber components is claimed by Danish company Nanon. It involves washing the components in liquid carbon dioxide, replacing the traditional 4 hours tempering at 200 degC with a 40 minutes pressure washing process.
