Terms
Favoured Positions - We will always attempt to place advertisements in the most appropriate position in the magazine. Requests for positions such as early right hand page will be considered but cannot be guaranteed, and cannot be accepted as a condition of advertisement booking.
Agency Discount - A discount of 10 per cent is granted to recognised advertising agencies. This discount is conditional upon agencies settling accounts within 30 days of the date of invoice. We reserve the right to re-invoice agencies for the discount amount if invoices are not settled by their due date.
Cancellations - Any cancellation of booked space must be made at least four weeks before the publication date detailed in our publishing calendar. No cancellation will be accepted with less notice. Where advertisements have already been published at a series discount we will invoice for the difference between the discount given, and the discount due on the shortened series.
Schedules - While the publishers will attempt to adhere to the schedule outlined in the publishing calendar, no responsibility can be accepted for any consequence of late or early publication.
Terms and Conditions - Acceptance by MCM Publishing Ltd of advertisements for publication is conditional upon advertisers agreeing to the terms outlined above, and the booking of advertisements by advertisers indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions. Written orders are required for space bookings.
